Fujii Masao 4e5d6c4091 Fix unstable tests in partition_merge.sql and partition_split.sql. 
The tests added by commit c086896625 were unstable due to
missing schema names when checking pg_tables and pg_indexes.

Backpatch to v17.

Reported by buildfarm.

PostgreSQL Database Management System

This directory contains the source code distribution of the PostgreSQL database management system.

PostgreSQL is an advanced object-relational database management system that supports an extended subset of the SQL standard, including transactions, foreign keys, subqueries, triggers, user-defined types and functions. This distribution also contains C language bindings.
