Add support for multi-row VALUES clauses as part of INSERT statements
(e.g. "INSERT ... VALUES (...), (...), ...") and elsewhere as allowed by the spec. (e.g. similar to a FROM clause subselect). initdb required. Joe Conway and Tom Lane.
