Description: 
	This directory contains support for interfacing with the
	Utah Testbed (emulab.net) Testbed Master Control Daemon (TMCD)
	via the Testbed Master Control Protocol (TMCP), a cheezy text-based
	UDP protocol.

	No one outside of Utah should ever need this.
