Ole Loots b8f437c6b6 Fix settings dialog positioning ...

On successive settings dialog calls, the automatic
positioning wasn't working correctly.
This can be prevented by duplicating the Form tree. However,
it requires to have the duplicated tree freed manually (Bug in windom?).
I should have an eye on it...
