Vincent Sanders cae22b17ac fix RISC OS font layout routines to return the correct error codes 
During the font layout table refactor the return type was changed to
nserror and the risc os code was not updated correctly.

  Creating a new port

  Look at the existing front ends for example implementations.  The framebuffer
  front end is simplest and most self-contained.  Also, you can contact the
  developers for help:
