<p><em>NetSurf</em> is an open-source web browser for RISC OS. Its aim is to bring the HTML 4 (HyperText Markup Language) and CSS (Cascading Style Sheet) technologies to the RISC OS platform. Currently, NetSurf supports only a fraction of these standards.</p>
