Chris Young 8d4678b04b Add AppWindow ourself rather than letting window.class create it. Initial 
tests indicate we are no longer losing icon drop events although there is
still an "event leak" somewhere.
Fix warnings.

  Creating a new port

  Look at the existing front ends for example implementations.  The framebuffer
  front end is simplest and most self-contained.  Also, you can contact the
