Ole Loots 4467766786 Fix bitmap creation - JPEG where always set to opaque = false, which lead to blitter checking all pixels for transparency in an loop. 
Prepare for caching of converted bitmaps.

  Look at the existing front ends for example implementations.  The framebuffer
  front end is simplest and most self-contained.  Also, you can contact the
