4563b7ea5a Don't add NetSurf as FTP (launch-)handler. 
Probably need to document how to add another app to handle FTP though, as it's not
obvious but could be useful.

1a8d6dc477 Remove libhpdf.so (as pdf export disabled currently) and libvpx.so (as we have to 
static link due to unspecified problems).  Clear up the commented-out list of shared
objects.

584cd950be Allow targetting any window/tab with ARexx commands. Adds new command WINDOWS to find 
out the number of windows and tabs open.  ShowTitles.nsrx is an example of how to use
the new functionality.
