Now require Iconv (as forms rely on it for charset conversion).
Note that version 0.04 is required as this contains fixes for bugs in previous versions.

Check for existence of modules before trying to load them.
This will fall over if the user doesn't have *IfThere on their system. That would mean they haven't got the Universal Boot installed, however, so I doubt it's an issue.

Fix for recent GIF decoding bug. Rectangular pixel mode-friendly sprites for hotlist. Slight change to history image size to please Tinct. Support for foreground and background image quality settings. Support for error diffusion and bi-linear filtering (Tinct still requires some further work)
