5ac45472c7 Fix broken CONTENT_PLUGIN API. 
Add a default content handler for Amiga using the plugin interface, which passes
unknown files (currently images only) through DataTypes.

cbe24279f8 Don't give up on a mouse action because BROWSER_MOUSE_PRESS_{1|2} is set. The RISC OS front end sets them for action-on-button-press (rather than release) behaviour.

18b2824d6c Rename usages of "furniture" which applied to expansion toggle boxes to "expansion_toggle". Now "furniture" refers exclusively to all tree furniture. Start commenting things.

755e45028d If a drag is in progress that the tree can't handle, it is a TREE_UNKNOWN_DRAG not a 
TREE_NO_DRAG, as the platform code might be able to deal with it.
