Get Composite() to befriend the screen's BitMap to ensure they are on the same graphics board. This should fix the slowness when multiple graphics cards are installed.

Port Amiga front end to thumbnail_redraw().
...
Set maximum plot size for thumbnail.
Don't redraw any more of the content than we need to.
Set plot scale to thumbnail scale.
Note: untested.

Remove thumbnail_create() from browser.h. Make RO front end use the core thumbnail_redraw function. Make other front ends include the right header for thumbnail_create().
