df081a0888 Increase pointer drag range. Setting the clamps correctly seems to cause us not to get the movement event when we hit the clamp (at least on RISC OS).

5ac45472c7 Fix broken CONTENT_PLUGIN API.

cbe24279f8 Don't give up on a mouse action because BROWSER_MOUSE_PRESS_{1|2} is set. The RISC OS front end sets them for action-on-button-press (rather than release) behaviour.
