bb7408a56e When opening new tabs next to the active one, open them sequentially until the tab is 
switched away from.  This is more akin to how Firefox etc do it.  Make this the
default.

bdc0d994c1 Add an option to open new tabs next to the current tab. Needs some additional logic 
as opening multiple tabs results in the new tabs being in reverse order to that
expected.

4147c185c8 When launching multiple URLs from a treeview, allow to open one window with multiple 
tabs instead of one window per URL.  Make compatible frontends do this by default.

f8462b3344 Pass the content object down through html_redraw. Make overflow scrollbars used content for scrollbar, rather than browser window. Fixes overflow scrollbars in iframes.
