9e8476f27f Port Amiga front end to thumbnail_redraw(). 
Set maximum plot size for thumbnail.
Don't redraw any more of the content than we need to.
Set plot scale to thumbnail scale.
Note: untested.

0ca3e6e00e Get one timer message per signal to allow other non-scheduled events to be actioned.
