64c405c541 New function for sending a scroll request into a core browser window at a given coordinate. Currently handles frames only. TODO: iframes and css overflow scrollable boxes. Front ends should call this to pass scroll wheel actions to the core.

d169eefe59 Allow new (blank) hotlist entries to be created in the currently-selected folder 
(if there is one) as this gives the user more control where their additions are
being created.
Functionality can be enabled/disabled by passing true/false to
hotlist_add_folder/hotlist_add_entry.

0b6e5da662 Allow setting a default folder in the tree for hotlist entries to go into. Frontends 
will need to be updated to use hotlist_set_default_folder() if they want to use this
functionality.

9493cec576 Optimise hotlist loading by using nsurl instead of url_normalise. Also convert tree url post-edit normalisation to use nsurl. The treeviews still store urls as strings for now.

2d33a8f85a Make high level cache, low level cache and image cache all be initialised from passed parameters 
Calculate all cache sizes from single memory cache size option and sanity check
have a single global struct to hold all parameters instead of several individual variables

34fe2531f2 Remove gui_window_get_browser_window from core. Remove unused implementations from front ends. Rename the GTK front end implementation to nsgtk_get_browser_window and change the GTK front end to use that.

63c07ee28d Core part of search improvement: 
+ Split up browser window and content related elements of html & text search.
+ Associate search contexts with contents, rather than browser windows.
+ Remove highlighting of search terms dependency on current_redraw_browser.
+ Fixes issues with search contexts being applied to the wrong content.

16b92d1613 Selection is now subordinate to html and text content types, and disassociated from browser windows. Note: search currently uses hlcache_handle_get_content() to go from bw to h to get at c for search highlighting via selection.

9c91893028 Fix selection for non-gui browser windows (iframes). 
Selection no longer uses current_redraw_browser.
