Benno Schulenberg 8f1a657a37 bindings: revert the ^/ changes, as ^/ is not always Go-To-Line
On a Linux console, ^/ produces Backspace, making it unrebindable.

This fixes https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?53248.
