extmod/modubinascii: Add "separator" argument to hexlify().

This is extension to CPython, it allows to easily produce human-readable
hex dump:

>>> ubinascii.hexlify(b"\xaa\x55\xaa\x55", b" ")
b'aa 55 aa 55'
