Pavel Roskin 1c61b5e0ca * samba/acconfig.h: Remove.
* Makefile.am: Remove references to samba/acconfig.h.
* samba/Makefile.in: Likewise.
* samba/aclocal.m4: Remove unused test AC_DIRENT_D_OFF.
* samba/configure.in: Add descriptions to AC_DEFINE calls.
Remove unused tests.
* samba/include/includes.h: Cleanup for the symbols that
samba/configure.in doesn't define.
* samba/lib/netmask.c: Likewise.
