* direntry.c: Likewise.
* fish.c: Likewise.
* ftpfs.c: Likewise.
* local.c: Likewise.
* tar.c: Likewise.
* utilvfs.h: Don't include <config.h> - it should be included
in all C files instead.
* xdirentry.h: Likewise.
