Pavel Roskin 7c4fc715da * direntry.c (vfs_s_setctl): Implement VFS_SETCTL_FLUSH.
* ftpfs.c: Remove ftpfs_flushdir.  Use MEDATA->flush.
* fish.c: Use MEDATA->flush.
