	(upgrade_syntax_file): infinitive loop fixed when rule file

* edit.c (check_file_access) [MIDNIGHT,GTK]: error message localized;
	some cosmetics changes to avoid annoying warnings

	* editcmd.c (edit_save_file): pclose returns 0 on success,
	file fclose()d when fwrite fails

	(pipe_mail): malloc () + sprintf () replaced by g_strdup_printf ()

* Makefile.in (CFLAGS): -I$(rootdir)/src removed from CFLAGS -- it
breaks compilation on glibc2.1 systems because glibc includes
src/features.h instead of it's own features.h. Run `make
cleansourcelinks; make sourcelinks' in case mc doesn't find it's
include files.

vfs/Make-mc.in: added "distdir" target. Now "make dist" works
for external builds.
