Miguel de Icaza	98ff71d81f	- Simplified the update_panels routine to only care about the current panel, the old way of using it was an historic relic. - This now works properly with the GNOME edition. - Finished/fixed the implementation of the desktop-remove-icon functionality. - Raster's new multi-ok window.
