Merge branch '1705_copy_dialog'

* 1705_copy_dialog:
  Adjust width of Copy/Move dialog depending on initial screen width.
  Fixed calculation of Copy/Move dialog width.
  Use local buffers instead of global cmd_buf one.
  Ticket #1705: fix show of Copy/Move dialog.
