* include/jdmacros.h: Define SLMEMSET and SLMEMCPY unconditionally, use macros with arguments. * include/_slang.h: Make it clear which parts are disabled for compatibility with glib. * include/slinclud.h: Include malloc.h only if STDC_HEADERS is not defined.
