Remove unused files 
* tpause wasn't included in Makefile and is very basic
(also removed from VS references)
* trivial.S doesn't actually use gnu-efi and wasn't built
* Remove make stuff likely intended for Intel make??

* setjmp is not added as an app as it relies on non MSVC compatible assembly.
