* src/truetype/ttgload.c (TT_Load_Glyph): Use the glyph's (scaled)
`linearHoriAdvance' if the sbit's `horiAdvance' value is zero.

Cf. font `Fixedsys Excelsior' v3.01 (FSEX300.ttf), glyph A, 16ppem.
