* src/raster/ftrend1.c (ft_raster1_render): Exlicitly signed height.
* src/smooth/ftsmooth.c (ft_smooth_render_generic): Ditto.
* src/base/ftobjs.c (ft_glyphslot_preset_bitmap): Explicitly unsigned
subtraction.
