[sdf] Add 'sdf' module to non-gnumake build systems.

* include/freetype/config/ftmodule.h: Add both the 'sfd' and 'bsfd'
renderers to the list of modules.

* CMakeLists.txt (BASE_SRCS): Add 'sdf' single-object module.
