Updated email addresses to point to fltk.org domain... Updated README and CHANGES files accordingly. Updated makeinclude and Makefile files to put -L../lib before the LDFLAGS/GLDFLAGS to avoid problem reported by Alexander. documentation/Makefile wasn't including makeinclude.
