Albrecht Schlosser 924289a40c X11: Fix X Input Methods (XIM) (STR 3502, 3192) 
Revert commit 958d912ffcdb using 'XSetLocaleModifiers("@im=");'
which was incorrect (STR 3192).

Apply fix for STR 3502, using 'XSetLocaleModifiers("");' which appears
to be the correct solution for using X Input Methods (XIM).

This has also been backported to FLTK 1.3.6 in branch-1.3, see
commit 219ae5e455e7943ffb35fdd5edbe13dcc6955423.

README - Fast Light Tool Kit (FLTK) Version 1.4.0

** This FLTK repository is now our official source code repository. **

WHAT IS FLTK?

The Fast Light Tool Kit ("FLTK", pronounced "fulltick") is a
a cross-platform C++ GUI toolkit for UNIX(r)/Linux(r) (X11),
Microsoft(r) Windows(r), and MacOS(r) X. FLTK provides
modern GUI functionality without the bloat and supports 3D
graphics via OpenGL(r) and its built-in GLUT emulation. It
was originally developed by Mr. Bill Spitzak and is
currently maintained by a small group of developers across
the world with a central repository in the US.
