This #includes some headers that are #included in FLTK headers.
Although this is strictly not necessary, it removes assumptions that
these header files are included by FLTK headers.

This depth was set to 4 at r.10999 to help dealing with images of windows with rounded
corners. But it was not such a good idea to have an image depth that changes with the platform.
For example, the shapedwindow example program was made more complicated.

Now that Fl_Image_Surface can produce a depth-4 image, it is necessary
to control the A component of the image for the window shape to be correct.

that gives a non-rectangular shape to a standard window. The benefit is that it works with Fl_Double_Window and Fl_Menu_Window as well.
It also works for free with Fl_Gl_Window on the X11 platform only.

The new class is fully Doxygen-documented.
Added an example program (example/shapedwindow.cxx) that exercises the new class.
Modified all IDE-supporting files accordingly.
