Fix quoting in configure.in.
There were two real errors (AC_MSG_ERROR, fixed in previous commit) and lots of less important missing quotes. git-svn-id: file:///fltk/svn/fltk/branches/branch-1.3-porting@11858 ea41ed52-d2ee-0310-a9c1-e6b18d33e121
