This patch follows new ACPICA design, eliminates old portable OSLs, and
implements fopen/fread/fwrite/fclose/fseek/ftell for GNU EFI
environment. This patch also eliminates AcpiLogError(), convering them
into fprintf(stderr)/perror(). Lv Zheng.
