EFI: Rename EFI stuff to ACPI_EFI to improve portability

This patch renames the EFI stuffs to ACPI_EFI stuffs so that there won't be
namespace conflicts when this code is ported to the different EFI
development environment.
No functional changes. Lv Zheng.
