* WITH_TIMEZONE_FROM_FILE allows loading timezone definitions from a JSON file. (Requires WITH_WINPR_JSON, default OFF) * WITH_TIMEZONE_COMPILED allows loading timezone definitions from an compiled in array. (Default ON) Both of these options can be combined in any order. The data loaded from file takes preference over compiled in values.
