Jukka-Pekka Virtanen 2e8f2c693d [MS-RDPESC] 2.2.2.18 Status_Call.cbAtrLen: Unused. MUST be ignored upon receipt. 
The [MS-RDPESC] clearly states in section 2.2.2.18 that Status_Call's
cbAtrLen must not be used when generating Status_Return response. This
is also how FreeRDP 1.1 behaves.
