92ed8b3916 [winpr,timezone] outside definition timezone file 
allow defining the filepath of timezone file in buildsystem adjusting it
without a required code change.

00ee213f97 [winpr,android] Unify JNI_OnLoad 
* Split JNI_OnLoad and JNI_OnUnload to own module to be usable from more
  than only timezone
* Explicitly call System.loadLibrary('winpr') (and other FreeRDP
  libraries) in android client as JNI_OnLoad is only triggered by that
  and not implicit loading

Fix possible out of bound write in winpr_read_unix_timezone_identifier_from_file (#8207) 
If the timezone can not be read from the file (read 0 bytes) then memory
at a random position (buffer[-1] = '\0') will be set to zero.

6b36c6d417
Replace fopen and path functions with wrappers (#7043) 
Functions like fopen, PathFileExists, PathMakePath need to call
the wide character versions on windows for utf-8 support.

6a2d49e0ed Simplified timezone update handling: 
* Fix #4965: Adjusted the timezone update script to initialize
  structs properly.
* Updated the scripts to generate the files directly
* Added a small HOWTO
* Split zone information to separate files to allow automatic
  update without further manual editing.

Create a timezone.c file that does conform to C rules.

With clang 5.0 builds are quite noisy otherwise.

7075353417 winpr: fix regression in timezone detection 
ConvertToUnicode can't be used if the destination is a static buffer.
StandardName and DaylightName were invalid and timezone
redirection didn't work.

This regression was introduced with PR #3151
