d5b5088eac Fixed misinterpretation of SendChannelData 
SendChannelData was defined with a return value of type int, but
used as BOOL everywhere. Fix the definition to match use.

c7187928e9 Fix tpkt header length checks for encrypted packets 
If securityFlag SEC_ENCRYPT is set, remove the encryption headers from
the TPKT header length on comparison.

be714d2a13 Fixed tpkt header length checks. 
TPKT header length and consumption of data was not consistently
checked. This adds checks after each packet processed and fixes
any inconsistencies found.

f4b7a27c2b license: implement server-side management 
Add server-side management of the licensing workflow. The default
behaviour is to accept the client, but if a server wants to implement
full licensing support as in MS-RDPELE it is possible by defining a callback.

480abdde91 Fix setting of negotiated security protocol. 
PROTOCOL_RDP is equals 0 so if we and it with anything is still 0.
Correct way of doing it is to compare two values.

71fd5cc148 Limit the time passed in transport check loop 
This patch make it possible to limit the time that is passed when we call
XXX_check_fds functions. This should smooth the treatment between handling inputs
and handling incoming bitmap updates.
The default maximum time is set to 100 ms.

2c00240a17 server/shadow: Fix regression with rdp8.0 
Shadow server crash with rdp8.0 with gfx enabled.
Root Cause: rdp8.0 is not support in shadow gfx and rdpgfx_caps_advertise returns an error. However setChannelError crashs because context->errorDescription is NULL
1. Fix shadow gfx to handle rdp8.0
2. Initialize context->errorDescription for server side new-context

d5b8585a39 Allow to specify the raw content of crypto materials 
Sometime it's possible that your server application doesn't have access to files
(when running in a very restricted environment for example). This patch allows
to ship the private key and certificate as a string.

91a9b23b91 core: message channel pdu broken with rdp security 
rdp_recv_message_channel_pdu always read the rdp security header
even if it was already previously read (which is the case if rdp
security is active)

This caused malfunctions and disconnects when heartbeat or bandwidth
autodetect packets were sent/received in rdp security mode.

Credit goes to @MartinHaimberger for identifying the broken code
part.

219ca1c02b NLA identity now a pointer, allowing NULL. 
When NLA identity is NULL, the current user context
is used on windows.
