b2c29158be Scanbuild warning, argument checks and leak fixes. 
* Added Stream_GetRemainingCapacity to check remaining stream size
  before writes.
* Fixed shadow server memory leak.
* Fixed lots of scanbuild warnings
* Added missing argument checks in many functions

c7c5be0bf7 Extract shared code in RAIL channel 
This patch starts a code mutualisation for a RAIL server-side
implementation. The file rail_common.c contains code that is shared
by both client and server.
