85d164c0c0 cmake: add auto versioning based on GIT 
A new AutoVersioning module has been written in a portable way to
allow dynamic versioning on Windows and Unix based systems.

04b679b090 cmake: add cunit look up 
A new CMake utility (FindCUnit.cmake) has been written to easy finding
of CUnit headers and libraries in a portable way.
