516668d02b [fclose] ensure no invalid pointers are passed. 
fclose has undefined behaviour for NULL pointers, so check for these.

Replace fopen and path functions with wrappers (#7043) 
Functions like fopen, PathFileExists, PathMakePath need to call
the wide character versions on windows for utf-8 support.

04708b37e1 Fixed serious issues with SAM file parser 
The parser ommitted various checks during file parsing.
Invalid syntax did crash the whole thing.

With clang 5.0 builds are quite noisy otherwise.

67368b2ec7 Adapt error level for debug messages 
When using xfreerdp a regular invocation should really only report grave
problems as error. "Regular" messages should be either info or even
debug.
