winpr/crt: Fix endianness in WCHAR case conversions
...
All WCHAR strings are stored as little endian after commit 12dfc5e9,
therefor CharUpperBuffW and CharLowerBuffW have to be changed appropriately
in order to fix NTLM authentication.
