Bernhard Miklautz	bf7f7f0f60	winpr/sysinfo: added IsProcessorFeaturePresent and IsProcessorFeaturePresentEx These functions can be used to check if an processor feature is supported. IsProcessorFeaturePresentEx is a extended version which is not available in the windows API and allows to query additional features.
