06c59feeb8 Do not define HAVE_BOOLEAN in jpeg.c 
freerdp/types.h no longer typedefs "boolean", so let jpeglib.h do it.
Resolves #768.

I mistaked to set position for kbd_type,kbd_subtype and kbd_fn_keys.
  After kbd_layout has been set, I set them.
  There is a failure in my test method.
