[core,proxy] fix nonblocking BIO reads
...
* In case of non-blocking BIO layers the proxy read functions bailed
out with an error. Retry reading in that case unless the
TcpConnectTimeout is exceeded
* Terminate proxy read operations if rdpContext::abortEvent is set
