a14c75a3a2 [core,client] handle optional monitor layout PDU 
The monitor layout PDU is optional. If that was not received assume it
will not be sent and continue in next state.

bc31bae2b5 [core] Unify RDP state machine 
Up to this commit the client and server state machine handling used
different return values for state machine changes.
This is fixed with this commit:
* Use common enum return values
* Use common helper functions

102869f6a8 Fixed missing check for fastpath input messages 
Input events are only allowed after a connection was established
(connection state is active)
This check aborts input sending when done before that.

be714d2a13 Fixed tpkt header length checks. 
TPKT header length and consumption of data was not consistently
checked. This adds checks after each packet processed and fixes
any inconsistencies found.

7a39dcd7e2 Updated reconnect to handle cases where PostConnect was not called 
freerdp_reconnect might be called after a freerdp_connect failed due
to a TCP timeout waiting for user input.
In such cases we need to know if PostConect was already called and
do that if not.

c7448c03fb Added FREERDP_LOCAL 
CMake 2.8 does not support default visibility on windows.
To allow building tests add the FREERDP_LOCAL define for each
function that is internal to FreeRDP.
When build with testing these functions are exported and available
for use by tests.
