* Unified enum/struct definitions, fixed include issues

* Fixed mac compilation issues

* Added missing include

* Fixed windows server build warnings

* Fixed VS2010 build issue

* Removed unnecessary library linking

* Fixed ThreadPool WinXP compatibility
