[warnings] fix a bunch of them

* fix uninitialized variable warnings
 * modivy ndr_context_* functions to utilize WINPR_ATTR_MALLOC
 * build_krbtgt use winpr_asprintf
 * add proper Stream_Write_UINT64_BE
