rdpegfx: rename MaxCacheSlot to MaxCacheSlots
Although Microsoft uses 1-based numbering on the wire for indexing the GFX bitmap cache entries, the code in FreeRDP uses 0-based numbering and therefore the name MaxCacheSlots is less confusing.
